*Team has multiple representatives due to the original undergraduate networking to create the Committee. Following December 2021, each team will only have one representative.

Representation is subject to change due to sailors taking leave during the COVID-19 pandemic.

My Team Doesn’t Have A Rep!

All active teams approved by NEISA are expected to have an undergraduate representative on NEISA TIDE, regardless of regatta attendance, coaching status, or roster size. Inactive teams who would like to send a representative are welcome to as well. Representatives are undergraduate sailors who attend a few meetings a month (one all-committee meeting and a couple meetings with a subcommittee, assigned after onboarding) and are their team’s primary facilitator for any education programming promoted by NEISA TIDE. Representatives will have access to communication channels with all other NEISA TIDE representatives as well as up-to-date information on broader TIDE initiatives, so they are expected to keep their teams informed when necessary. Email us at neisatide@collegesailing.org to get involved!
