Cambridge, MA – 10/29/23 – Harvard’s Lachlain McGranahan ’24, Marbella Marlo ’24, Justin Callahan ’26 and Kennedy Leehealey ’26 are the Open Sailors of the Week following their win at the 82nd Professor Schell Trophy and claiming the fall NEISA conference championship. McGranahan and Marlo sailed Saturday for the Crimson, finishing in the top five in seven of the ten races sailed. Callahan and Leehealey secured the A-division win on Sunday, wrapping up the event with a perfect set. The team’s combined performance in A-division led to the overall win.
Cambridge, MA – 10/29/23 – Yale’s Mia Nicolosi ’25 and Sarah Moeder ’26 are the NEISA Women’s Sailors of the Week after winning A-division at the Victorian Urn Trophy for the NEISA women’s conference championship. The duo finished in the top three in ten of the 14 races sailed, winning four of them. Their consistency led to their ultimate win in A-division and the overall win for Yale.
