NEISA Sailors of the Week, Weekend 6, Fall 2018

***Harris, Simmons, Greenhouse and Sullivan are the NEISA Coed Sailors of the Week***

Marblehead, MA—10/17/18-Cole Harris ’22, Noah Simmons ’20, Timothy Greenhouse ’21, and Aisling Sullivan ’22 are the NEISA Coed Sailors of the Week for winning the NEISA Match Race Championship for the Larry White Trophy. The Big Green sailors beat Boston College, Bowdoin, and Yale in the knockout rounds and qualified for the ICSA Match Race National Championship. 

***Nordstrom and Nicolosi are the NEISA Women’s Sailors of the Week***

Providence, RI—10/17/18-Louisa Nordstrom ’20 and Graceann Nicolosi ’20 are the NEISA Women’s Sailors of the Week after winning A-division at the Women’s Showcase Finals hosted by Brown University.  The duo from Yale finished with 75 points and six top-5 finishes. 

Around the Conference

Brown won the Women’s Showcase Finals with Yale and MIT completing the podium. Bowdoin won the Women’s Showcase consolation hosted by Boston University. Boston College placed second at the NEISA Match Race Championship and qualified for the ICSA Match Race National Championship. Vermont won the Callagy Ross Trophy and Sacred Heart Trophy, while Brown won the Crew’s Regatta. Tufts crossed into Canada and took home the McGill Cup.
